The height adjusts in a matter of seconds all the way up to a full 24.3" with longer pole options available (sold separately), and installation supports common mounting hole patterns 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 (an additional adapter can be purchased to allow for 200 x 100 and 200 x 200).
